Jeet Kune Do, on the other hand, is a martial arts technique that focuses on flowing movements.   • Ninjas and Dragons classes (Ages3-6) – These are martial arts classes that involve skill-building, exercises, and fun activities. This class aims to build leadership skills and confidence.
